My WOOOOHOOOO for the day!! What is yours?
My WOOOOHOOOO for the day is: I put my favorite pair of jeans on today and they are BAGGY!! The good thing is that they are baggy - the bad thing is that they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pair. Shucks - I may just have to go shopping for another pair - isn't that horrible............
I have also noticed that my wedding ring is getting loose on my finger. (Can't get a new ring - just got one in June for my 15yr anniversary).

WOO HOO!! I slid out of my new dress pants today...LITERALLY!! I didn't even have to unbutton them! I love this WOO HOO Post!!!!
I lost a pound yesterday, and then I lost a pound today! WOO HOO!

I am half a pound away from my goal weight of 132! WOOHOO! That will be a total of 25 lbs since I started losing weight back in August. The only bad thing is that none of my clothes fit and its getting warmer so I am going to have to buy a whole new wardrobe! woo hoo!

My woohoo is that I have eaten like a pig for the past week or two and I've lost weight.
Seriously, my diet has been:
Chocolate, cake, chips, pizza, mcdonalds, cheeseburgers, ice-cream ... everything bad.
Yet I'm not only 2 pounds of my lowest ever weight :/

I was told yesterday that it looked like my clothes were falling off me. It certainly made me smile. I also had to poke a new hole in my belt because I am smaller than the smallest hole.
I am not cheep, but rather am wearing the belt with my self made hole with pride, it is a sign of how far I have come. It may be a small thing, but when someone who didn't even know I was trying to loose weight makes a comment like that it really made my day.
Only 78 days until the wedding, so I have to be extra good now!

I took a shelter dog for a walk to get some exercise...it was soo fun! WOOHOOO!
I've been really working on getting my %s into a : 50/30/20 range (carbs/protein/fat) and it's been difficult figuring out how to do it.
Well I just had breakfast, and I know this could totally go downhill today, but for the first time EVER I have a LOT more yellow (protein) than blue (fat) and not an overwhelming green (carb) space on my analysis graph. And! My precents right now are :
Fat - 4.4% (1 grams)
Protein - 35.0% (16 grams)
Carbohydrates - 60.6% (28 grams)
I really hope I can even it out and maybe stay as close to my 50/30/20 goal as I can. But I'm WOOHOOing because at least right now for this moment in time today I have not a crazy amount of carbs and lots of protein! Woo hoo!

I have not weighed myself in a few days... I was doing it every day and I thought I was addicted to weighing myself. After I weighed in at the doc. on monday and was at a all time low (174.4) I weighed myself again the next day and I was 3 pounds more :( I think It was only cause it was that time of the month. I did so well with diet and exercise. There was no way that I could gain 3 lbs overnight! So I stopped weighing every day! I waited four days before weighing in again.
So my official weigh in as of Sat. April 7th is... 172.2! Not only did I loose those 3 unexplained pounds I lost 2.2 more since monday!!!!!!!!! I'm goona try to weigh in every monday. But I'm still trying to break my every day addiction to weighing myself. It's hard when it makes you feel so good!

My WooHoo for today is that I had to return a pair of jeans I just bought yesterday, which were 14's.... which I just started fitting into 2 weeks ago.... I had to return them because they.... were.... TOO BIG!! WOOHOO!!!
I realize sizes are different depending on the brand.. blah blah blah... THEY WERE TOO FRIGGIN BIG!!! So I got to buy 12's for the first time in 8 years!!!

My WoooooHooooooo for today is discovering I lost three pounds last week even although I was on holiday at my daughter's. Obviously helping to look after an eight month old grandson is the way to go!
I put my jeans in the dryer without worrying that they wouldn't fit when they came out !
My woohoo for today is that I am just 1/2 lb short of my first major goal of 225 lbs. I have lost 48.5 lbs and have gone from 274 to 225.5. When I reach that goal I will have a BMI of

That | didn't have any easter chocolate or candy, and didn't binge on it during holidays like | would've in the past!

I've got another WooHoo... the last week has been great! I'm over the half-way point! I had 59.5 lbs to lose (it's an odd number, but I wanted to go from 199.5 to 140, so...) and this morning I weighed in at 169.5, 30 lbs lost and 29.5 to go!
my woohoo is that what appeared to be a frightening 4 pound gain over the easter holiday leveled out and went back down the 4 pounds, so I didn't gain over the holiday!!!! despite my lack of activity and so so eating. WOOOOHOOOO! I feel so much more motivated now!
My woohoo today is that I have lost my first 5 pounds!!!! The scale was happily sitting at 155 (might have even been a touch under that)!!!! 5 down, 25 to go!!!!!

My woohoo is that last night I jogged on the treadmill for 45 straight minutes... never gone above 30 before. And today, more importantly, my legs are sore! Right between my butt and lower ham-string....? I don't care what it's called I'm just happy I'm sore!
