My WOOOOHOOOO for the day!! What is yours?

Quote  |  Reply
My WOOOOHOOOO for the day is: I put my favorite pair of jeans on today and they are BAGGY!! The good thing is that they are baggy - the bad thing is that they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pair. Shucks - I may just have to go shopping for another pair - isn't that horrible............

I have also noticed that my wedding ring is getting loose on my finger. (Can't get a new ring - just got one in June for my 15yr anniversary).

My woooohoooo is that I am now actually the weight that is listed on my driver's license (155)!! And now I'm aiming to go lower by 10 pounds! yay!
My wooooowhoooo for today is... I tried Tae-Bow again! I bought it a long time ago and was not very succesful at it because I couldn't do any of the kicks because I had a bad back. But today I did the whole video and didn't have to sit any parts out! And I felt the burn in my hips! I like doing the puches too! I also did another video (yoga boodie ballet) but it was lame and not the real thing! It was an imposter video! but I guess I still got a good cario from it when I wasn't turned off by the cornyness.
My Woohoo! for the day is that I tried on a dress I wore exactly one month ago for my birthday and it slid easily over my hips and flaunted my curves rather than held them in!

Emmy
I actually didn't buy a cookie at lunch today! WOOHOO!
I love this post and read everyone.  My WOOHOO is that I got back to my exercise plan after almost a month of craziness at school.  I forgot how much I enjoyed exercise and love the sore feeling i have sitting here typing right now.

WOOOHOOOO!!  Cynthia :-)
Another wooowhoooo for me today! My wedding dress Came in and I raced to the store to pick it up! I will try it on in the morning because I am about to work out again. I am so excited!
my woo hoo! for the day is I signed up for my very first marathon today!  The marathon is in October so I have lots of time to train.  I can hardly believe I did it.  Now all I have to do is run the race! lol!
I possibly broke my plateau!!!

This last week I started over. Changed my activity level to sedentary, made sure to get enough caloires depending on the day with my new expediture and new allowance. And I made myself an exercise schedule that I did not deviate from at all.

Last night I went to an art show and ice skating, ate some cookies and stuff at the show but felt in control the whole time, and then went ice skating for 1.5 hours and left and had GIANT ice cream cone (we were acting like kids the whole night we figured that'd be a great way to end it).

Woke up this morning and I lost!!! Not only did I lose I am below the numbers I have been struggling with for months. WooHoo!
WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO FOR YOU!!!

Doesn't it feel great to break through a plateau!

My WOO HOO is that I ate like a pig last night (HUGE burrito for dinner, 1/2 container Stephen Colbert Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, 1 double Chocolate Chip cookie, and HUGE glass of red wine).... BUT I still lost 1/4 pound!  [of course, i got sick around 2:30 this morning, which is why I lost, but that's OK, I'll take it!
I'm going to the ATL to a braves game today! And I'm gonna slip a good shopping trip in there too!Whoooowooooo
30 MINUTES ON THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE!

I couldn't do 15 a fortnight ago without feeling sick :D Now I did 30 without feeling too weak or anything :D

Today I put on a suit I bought last year but had never work because I could not button up the pants.  Today not only could I button them, but they actually felt a little loose:-}.  I was so excited and more motivated to continue!

BY the way Sarah , your dress is beatiful and keep up the good work.
My husband bought Ben's and Jerry's Chunky Monkey(my ultimate fav) on Saturday and I have not tasted it yet...
WOOOHOOOO I've lost 5lbs!  65LBS to go!

As for your fav jeans - have you considered taking them in to be tailored?  I've got some super nice clothes so once I'm down to my goal, I'm taking the nicer dressier things to be tailored - no need to buy another $100.00 suit when I can pay $20.00 to have it tailored. :)

GOOD JOB TO EVERYONE WITH A WOOOHOOO!!! :):)
My whoowooo for today is...

The community center fixed the broken equiptment! now I'm not limited and there is no need to buy that gym membership I was thinking about.

And I finally got to take an after pic i'm proud of!!!!!!  Look at it, it's my default pic!

Cjeka, how much does it cost to have pants taken in? I have 3 or 4 pairs that I don't want to just put up forever. I don't plan on fitting in them later.
My woooohooo for the day is that on Sunday when I was walking to church one of the American tourist guys here in Prague saw me, thought I was Czech and said loudly to his buddy "wow, she is fit!" and you should have seen the look on his face when I yelled back "yeah and I am American too!"  (hey I don't want czech genetics taking credit for my hard work ;))
sarah --  you can cheat on the taking-in.... just fold the waist in on one or both side seams, and stitch! Hehe I've bought jeans at a thrift store once and didn't notice until about a year later that someone had done that to them! Just make sure you use a matching color of thread hehe.

My WOO HOO for the day-- I've been at this temp job for *2 days* and they just offered to hire me permanently!!! WOO HOO!!! And it's a 20 minute bike ride away, completely on cycle paths all the way from my place to work! WOO HOO!!
My mom told me that too. But they are even baggyer in the but and legs. Believe it or not, my waist is my problem area. And I like it when my pants are well fitted everywhere. Can they fix all those areas when they are taken in? Now that I think about it I might want to just buy new ones. But that can get expensive! And there is nothing wrong with the ones I don't fit in.

These are problems that I love though!!! :)    Whooowooo problems!
My WOOO HOOOO of today iz: That i fit in my uniform pants from last year o:
My woohoo! today is that I tried on *six* pairs of trousers that made me feel hugely fat at Christmas and were banished to the top shelf of my wardrobe - and -drum roll please- they all fitted again.

Plus I went food shopping (I normally shop online to save impulse buys) and didn't buy anything naughty.

*And* I did 7 minutes work-out too.

WOOO!
