My WOOOOHOOOO for the day is: I put my favorite pair of jeans on today and they are BAGGY!! The good thing is that they are baggy - the bad thing is that they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pair. Shucks - I may just have to go shopping for another pair - isn't that horrible............

I have also noticed that my wedding ring is getting loose on my finger. (Can't get a new ring - just got one in June for my 15yr anniversary).

My woo hoo for today is I did my morning run pretty fast despite the 17 mph wind AND when I got home I did 10 minutes of jump roping (with walking lunges in between "sets"... about 36 lunges altogether) even though I didn't plan on it today.

I'm also really proud of the dinner I'm making, woot!

OH also, school related : my 13 page term paper is all ready to be turned in tomorrow my LAST large paper of my MAJOR is done for my college career!!

My woo hoo is I am now shopping in the "regular size" clothes depts!!!  I have gone from a size 18 in jan to a size 15 now.  I actually bought tshirts, tank tops, and babydoll nighties in size L, not 1X this weekend!
I have two today.  First for me,  I started lifting weights again and I'm sore today.  I still worked out even though i'm sore so WOOOOHOOOO!

Secondly my fiance and I had a big talk about his health and me not wanting him to die on me.  The next day he started exercising for 1/2 an hour and he has cut back on some of his food intake.  He still has a huge Pepsi habit but he's at least taking some steps to improve his health.  My hope is that he will be in better health before our wedding next June.

My first woooohoooo for today is that I got on the scale and discovered that I have lost 5 pounds since I started using CC 3 weeks ago.  I am now down to 160 and only have 20 (okay maybe 25) pounds to go.

A second wooohooo goes out to the spring weather. Now that it's warm, I am now riding my bike to and from work again instead of going to my somewhat boring workout class.  Since my ride is 30 minutes each way, it's awesome exercise - and it's a great way to start and end my workday.

My woohoo is slightly odd but very nice today.

I'm incredibly tired - I'm talking "snooze for an hour and still can't get out of bed" tired, but alas I had to get out of bed for work, which is where I am now.

On my way into work I was [am] grumpy and cold, but when I got off the bus to make my way across to my building I realized that I was slouching and...IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE! I stood straight and for the first time in I don't even know how long standing straight is easier and more comfortable than slouching!!! I'm sitting here at work with great posture at the desk and even though all I can think of is getting out of here and napping I am still sitting straight. Amazing.

My woohoo for the day is that I (finally) have lost my first ten pounds!  I am under 250 for the first time in I don't know how long!  :)  I am very thankful that I have found this site - it has helped me tremendously.

My woohoo is that I finally got out of the 120's today. I've lost 22 lbs since February 2 and it feels oh so good!
I got my period and lost a lbs!!!
My whoohoo is that I have lost 3 whole points off my BMI as of today!!!! Also, yesterday I took a walk and did a little bit of jogging which I had never done before! I was very proud of myself!
My woohoo for the day is that I came on here after a slightly dodgy day to think up a woohoo!

My other woohoo is that instead of binging I only had a slice of wholemeal bread and a 90 calorie snack more than I should have done. 

And I did some exercise! (5 mins dance)

And I'm going to watch the repeat of Doctor Who! (That one isn't diet related but girls, an hour of ogling the dishy David Tennant will burn off a few cals s I'm sure you'll agree)
Oohh oohh! I have one!! I challenged myself to walk home from work instead of take the bus yesterday (2.2 miles)! AND it was POURING RAIN!

I'm so proud of me. I'd have usually shrugged it off and taken the bus but I trudged right through the nasty weather and came home soaking but smiling!
I have no incentive to sit down at work today.  I want to walk and walk.  Plus, I had to safety pin my pants today because they were a little big around the waist line.  Yeah!!!  Everyone - way to go and keep up the good work!!!
Hah! I had to clip a binder clip to my pants two days ago for the same reason!!

I walked home from work again today. I needed to get another woo for the day! It was sunny and beautiful. Loved it.
i'm gonn do my WOOOOOHOOOOOs for the week:

1. it's my birthday tomorrow!
2. i just had the most delicious Chinese food that was ACTUALLY healthy
3. i wore jeans the other day that were baggy and kept slumping down (kind of a pain when you're walking in the mall, but a good sign nonetheless)
4. my ring is loose on my finger too (not a wedding/engagement ring though, hah. i'm a liiiittle too young for that)
I have two today :

I turned down free and OH so delicious candy

AND

While sitting in my room getting hungry and thinking about the M&Ms in my closet I decided to get up and move around, clean up, and study.

So woohoo on making good choices and woohoo on getting some studying done!
My woohoo for the day?? Its Friday, i've exercised 4 times this week, will probably again tonight after I get home AND I've eaten pretty well this week.
My legs were so sore from running instead of walking yesterday.(O.k. Maby I didn't runn the whole time but it was the furthest I have ran in years   *wooowhoooo for that*) So today I wasn't gonna work out at all but then every body left the house and I was all alone and I thought, "Hey, this is a perfect time for tea-bow!" So I did it!

Ok, i guess i'll say my WOOHOOO is that tomorrow i am going to start again. Last week i started keeping track of my calories and had lost a couple of pounds, but towards the end of the week i got off track until now, so tomorrow, Saturday, I am going to start again. I have to keep my goal in mind and how i will be more healthy and confident once i get closer to my goal. I am about 150 now and my goal weight is 128 although i would be fine with 135! : )
ha ha ...baggy pants reminded me of this: Once when I first started losing a lot of weight and didnt have the $ to buy new clothes, I was wearing a pair of pants that were waaay too big, but managed to hang on.  Well, I was getting off the back doors of the bus at school...AND THEY FELL OFF.  Hilarious in hindsight, horrifying when it happened.  (I threw them away when I got home, which is always a good feeling. :D) h aha a! 

My WOOHOO today is that I managed to stay on track AND go to the gym!  Yay me!
My woohoo for today is I have done my exercise regime all week, so far.  I am also going to need a new belt soon be or start poking holes in it because I still have wiggle room in pants.  I can also stick my hands dwon there which isn't a good thing.
