to drop more means you need to excercise more intensively, shock your body alittle bit ;)
ben_b makes a good point. The human body is designed to respond to change. Run a little farther, pick up you pace, or do some sit-ups when you come home. Anything to surprise you body and make it think, "Oh man, do you mean that I have to carry around this weight for an extra 20 minutes while running!!" Your body will respond by burn that fat.

lol celebrated by hitting the gym! just got home all red faced and shattered, was such a good work out!

i ran for 20mins (@ 9kmph) burnt 130 odd calories, i then went on the cross trainer (the epll thing) and wow in 10mins i burnt alot more than i did in the first 10mins of running... think im going to convert! lol
