Woot! Lost over 10 lbs!

After three weeks of dieting I've comfortably lost 11.2lbs!  Now this probably doesn't sound like a lot but this is the first time I have ever really tried to diet and not starve myself and it seems to be working.

Congratulations!  That's almost 4 lbs/week, which is a pretty darn impressive, actually.  Keep it up, but don't get discouraged if your rate slows to 1-2 lbs/week.  That's just your body equalizing, so as long as you maintain a calorie deficit with good, healthy intake, you'll do well.

As long as I'm not gaining weight I'll be happy.
