To work out or not?

Quote  |  Reply

I just had a long day at work... haven't eaten very much (maybe 900 calories). I was planning to hit the gym tonight, but I'm pretty tired. I could force myself. I usually do about an hour of cardio.

Should I just take the night off, have dinner, work out tomorrow (planning to work out anyways). Or force myself to get to the gym?

I'm not looking to lose weight, just maintain. I recently lost about 12 pounds, I'm at my ideal weight/body type. I've worked out hard 3 days, 1 easy work out day, and taken 1 day off so far this week.

I guess I'm getting paranoid about not working out and gaining weight.

Thanks for any advice.

Take a rest it's one day! Or do a half hour of cardio and maybe some light walking if you really feel the need.
