Routine time: 6-7pm, sometimes as late as 10-11pm... Depends on weather/temp... I don't like to run in 80 degree sunshine, so I'll go after the sun goes down or at least wait until it starts to set
Before/After Dinner: I eat before (30 min-1 hour) my run
Exercise Duration:
3 time a week: 45 Minutes (4+ miles)
"Off" Days: 20 Minutes (2 miles)
Reward: I don't really reward myself... I do tend to eat a small snack after my long runs though (usually a bowl of cereal)

I eat a snack before working out (banana is my favorite) but not a meal or it's harder than he%& for me - i really get hot fast if I have eaten a meal within the hour. I like to go eat a bagel after the morning workouts...with a big bottle of water!
No rewards yet, got 2 pounds to go before I get one!

I go for a 60-90 minute walk (3-4 miles these days) most days after dinner unless I have something planned in the evening then I take a 50 minute walk (2.5 miles) at lunch, which can be anytime from 11:30 to 2:30 depending on work schedule. On weekends, my walk is in the early afternoon about the same distance.
Reward? A shower! I never feel like eating when coming back from a walk, but a shower is divine!

I like to go for my long walks (60-90 mins, sometimes 2 hrs) in the early morning, after a light breakfast. But when I work at home, I am incessantly moving - fidgeting or crawling around on the floor like a kid amongst my notes and books. I do yoga or stretching in the evening, for about 30 mins. Reward - for what? The workout is a reward in itself...

My routine time is between breakfast and lunch. Not too soon after breakfast, or I'll feel sick. Not too close to lunch, or I'll be too hungry.
With that said, sometimes I have work conflicts and can't go then, so I'll do it when I can, in the afternoon or early morning before breakfast. On really busy days I'll deliberately schedule my workout time into my outlook calendar. Also I do check the weather forecast to plan my days off from exercising. Like today -it's raining cats & dogs, so today's my rest day!
My workout (I either walk or run) lasts at least 30 minutes, usually an hour. On weekends, I try to walk for longer than an hour, but at a liesurely pace. Often DH and I will combine an errand with a long walk. Last weekend DH and I walked for an hour and a half, then I ran for 30 minutes on top of that.
Reward: I come home, calculate the calories burned, and log it in so I know I can have extra calories that day!! Woo-hoo!

I used to work out at least one hour on the elliptical every am - now I try to do that on Mon and wed - Tues thur I do a cardio class after work Mon and wed I do weights after work and if I didn't get my elliptical in that am I'll do the stationery bike for my cardio. I walk 4 miles every Frid sat and sunday around the neighborhood lots of good steep hills. I work out at least 90 minutes every day.
Oh we also now have a dog so 15 minute walk every am - in fact right now the dog is whining at me LOL He knows the routine and its only been a week LOL
I don't eat usually before working out wether am or pm
My reward is usually earning the extra calories to enjoy a little extra food.

I work out M-F from 6am- 7am.
M&W I teach a spinning class.
T&Th I lift weights and
F I do step areobics
Saturday and Sunday I do 20-22 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and then walk for about 10 minutes to cool down. Then I lift opposite body parts (ex: Sat biceps, triceps, and shoulders, Sun back and chest and legs). I try to mix up my days off so I get at least one day totally no exercise at all--but every week it's a different day.
If I have to work out later in the day I try to workout before dinner so I don't feel sick when I am working out!

I must have a routine! If I don't, I lose all discipline!
Monday & Tuesday: 5:30pm high intensity step aerobics + weights, 45 minutes + 15 minute ab session
Wednesday: 5:30pm Cardio Boot Camp + weights = 45 minutes + 15 minute ab session (This is my killer class of the week. I'm usually sore for two days after this one!)
Thursday: If I'm not too sore from Wednesday, I take the 5:30pm aerobics class = 45 minutes
Friday: rest
Saturday & Sunday: Usually go to the park & jog for 1-2 miles, depending on how I feel.

do you have a Routine time to work out? or go with 'when u want to'?: when I want to (my work schedule's inconsistent)
If afternoon, dinner before workout or after? when? Dinner much after, so I don't feel sick.
Exercise Duration (set time or see how you go)?: At least 40 minutes cardio, never more than an hour cumulative cardio. Sometimes about half an hour of light lifting and toning.
Reward?: Get to use some sort of "good-smelly" (in addition to regular soap and shampoo) in the shower after: fancy soap, special body wash, etc.

Right now I'm 165 with a goal of 145. I'm doing straight cardio until I lose 10lbs...then I'll work in some weights to start toning.
I always go right after work, and then home to cook a hopefully sensible dinner with my boyfriend.

ROUTINE? For the most part no, sadly, b/c of inconsistent work schedule. However, I do plan my walks right now: 9 AM every Tuesday and Thursday with a partner.
IF AFTERNOON: Before dinner, but I always have a light snack and plenty of water first!
DURATION: Usually naturally go about 30-45 minutes when doing weights, which I try to do 2x a week, and about 25-30 minutes cardio, also twice a week. When I lift weights my body responds as if it's cardio, so I don't have to do more than one extra hour of cardio per week in addition to my weight training.
I also do yoga at least once a week. That's an hour each time.
REWARD: Don't need one! I enjoy working out so it is it's own reward!

Routine - Yes, I have a routine. I work out early in the morning, before I go to work. I do cardio every day, and lift 3 Monday, Wedensday, and Friday. I do a full body lifting workout. I do heavier cardio on Tuesday and Thursday.
Duration - My official workout is usually 80-90 minutes long. I try to be physically active, like playing games outside or running, or jumping on the trampoline with the kids in the evening too. I also spend about half my work day on my feet walking back and foth in the buisness.
Reward - My wife told me last night that I could be an underwear model.

I have to change my routine a bit from week to week due to other commitments but it remains basically the same. eg. If I have to take Thurs. off I do the workout for Thurs. on Sat. off day but this doesn't happen too often.
Here it is-- Mon. 40 min. stationary cycle moderate effort Weight routine on Crossbow machine 45 min. Tuesday 50k ride on hilly terrain about 2hrs give or take. Wed. stationary and weights again. Thurs. most likely 50k ride but sometimes off. Friday stationary and weights. Sat. always off, you know there is a life to lead here somewhere. Sun. long ride, usually 4-5 hrs hilly terrain.
Always stretching first thing in morning, before and after all exercise, and last thing before bed. For what is worth there it is. -j
Oh yes, the reward. Down 2" on the pants size and too tired to take that wheelbarrow to the dinner table anymore.

30 - 60 minutes of Step Mania/DDR on dance pad 4-5 days per week. I never let two days go by without doing it; so at minimum, it's every-other-day and at maximum, it's every day. A lot of this depends on mood, fatigue level, etc. Because I naturally eat at my maintenance level, I don't exercise very rigorously - I try to enjoy it and not burn-out. But, I also don't have a lot of weight to lose (from 152 at New Year's to 130 by by Christmas).
I also do small dumbbell training and yoga ball squats and push-ups to tone my legs and arms in a more natural way. I have a list of exercises and it's different each time. It lets my body relax from dancing on the other nights, but still gets some work in. I try to do this with at least a day between each session because I don't want to damage my muscles and I'm taking my time about the whole thing.
I always eat dinner after I exercise. I come home from work, fighting rush hour traffic and a 30 minute commute (not as long as some of you, I know!), change into shorts and a t-shirt, and do my dance pad to relax. It makes all tension go away. Then, I eat dinner (SAH husband has dinner ready every night....-brag-). I feel ill if I do it the other way around. But I do drink water between songs!
I don't get a reward for my exercise, really, but I do let myself eat a little more on the days that I exercise. And as long as my progress is positive, I get half a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich at night. My main reward is feeling good about exercising!
