Work out recommendations?

Quote  |  Reply

Hey everyone,

So I just had surgery a couple of months ago and still have some pain on my sides where they incisioned me. What are some recommended excercies I can do that won't put too much strain on my body. I always feel tired And I don't think I should be feeling like this. Oh and what foods should I be eating? Let me know, thanks!

you should consult your doctor to be honest  about working out.  Usually surgies have some pretty specific recovery routinees.  As far as food here is a good artical on supplements http://www.thedietchannel.com/Post-Surgical-N utrition-Speed-Your-Healing-With-A-Good-Diet- and-Supplement-Plan.htm.  ; Theres an article about after surgery nutrition http://surgery.about.com/od/aftersurgery/ss/E atAfterSurgery.htm
