work work work.. no results
I'm really frustrated, maybe someone can help me out.
For the past month i've been running(with 5 min walk breaks) for about 50 minutes. i burn at least 500 cals while doing so. I have been eating very little, but drinking lots of water and snacking on fruits and veggies. But i know that i've been roughly under 800 cals a day. The results of this regime has been a weight gain and i'm finding myself still not fitting in my clothes and up to at least 200 lbs.
Now before you start yelling at me about the amt of cals i've eaten, give me a little break, eating disorders and weight obsession have been my 23yrs of life(thanks to mom)... so i'm trying and working up to at least 1300 cals. preferably 1700.
is that all i'm doing wrong, not eating enough... or is there something help??
ideas and comments more than welcome! :-)

Your problem is a very easy fix! You are not eating enough, your body is going into starvation mode. By you eating only 800 cals a day and burning 500 in your workout your body is shutting down and holding onto any little bit of fat it can. Up your cals a lot and see what happens, the weight will come flying off. Just for example I eat 2400 cals a day and I have gone from 35% body Fat to 11% body fat, but I work out a lot and very hard.
Im am not yelling at you but you really are not going to make any progress if you do not eat more. There is no way around this, it seems you know what the issue is and what the fix is ;)
You really need to eat more good clean food!
Hi mate,
A protein rich diet may be what you were searching for to solve your problems. The protein rich diet makes you more energetic apart from the benefits it offers in loosing weight. The strength of your bones mainly depends on the proteins you consume in your diet. They reduce the body fluid content by getting rid of the carbohydrates.
A high protein diet helps you to loose a substantial amount of weight in a comparatively short period. If your diet is lacking in protein, it leads to the formation of ketone sin, which is released into the blood. This initiates ketosis, a process that alleviates the appetite. You know more by navigating to http://www.dietspace.com/. I am sure you can find a thing or two there that can help you with your weight loss goals.

You already know what your problem is. It may be difficult for you to get your calories higher, but until you do it, I doubt you will be able to lose anymore weight not to mention all the damage you are doing to your body.
You already know that you're not eating enough, which is a great start. And you know that you need to up your calories to 1700, which is good, not you just have to do it. Your body will gain as you consume more calories, until it realises that you're going to feed it and then you will come out of conservation mode and will be able to lose weight.
There really isn't any other way around it, but you need to treat your body properly to be healthy, so eat good, calorie dense, nuritious foods, and any weight you gain while increasing to a reasonable intake should be relatively easy to take off once your metabolism is back to normal.
Good luck!
