Has this worked for anyone else?
When I was losing weight I would not eat more 800 calories. Now i want to maintain. last week i started eating 800-900 calories and this week I'm going for 900- 1,000 and so on. If I keep doing this how much weight will I gain in order to get out of starvation mode? And has eating a 100 calories more every week worked for anyone else?

well 800 for one is TOO little. i did that too.. yes it started working but stopped cuz i went into starvation mode i think. but now i eat about 1200 calories and still maintain and occasionally lose weight.. so i think you will be ok if u up in a little
meggy i think she knows that.. thats why shes increasing.
yea i do. but thanks for helping nyway.
Possibly none. I did pretty much the same thing and didn't gain anything; I've been in the 1200-1250 range for two weeks and my weight hasn't gone up or down in that time and was slowly falling before.
this is so good to know thx
i' m eating 1,000-1,100 tis week. last week i stayed the same weight..i'm super excited
I really wouldn't worry about gaining weight. Chances are you won't gain anything until you get very close to the amount of calories you actually need, and even then, you may actually lose some more weight instead.
dm84 ur right. I lost a whole pound in two weeks while upping my calories. rad!!!
