i wanted to ask if its enough to work out for 30 mins..and eat 1200 cals a day ??
how many pounds do you think i would lose according to that in a week ??

What's your stats?...current weight, goal weight, height, age?
weight 132 pounds and hight 5.1
and im 19 :D

1200 cal a day is a bare minimum to just have everything function correctly. If you are working out for 30 min, I think you should eat closer to 1350-1400. It depends how hard you a pushing yourself and how many calories you are burning.
Good news...you can work out 30 minutes a day and probably lose on 1400-1600 calories. 1200 is the extreme minimum if you were a 5'0" female in a coma.
Edit: calculate your BMR and don't eat below that. Eating above my BMR is how I lost the weight. If I went below it, my weight loss stalled. 1400-1600 was just a guess, so I don't recommend you use that as rule. Just a mere suggestion.
