Hello everyone! I just had a question. I work in retail ( clothing store) And I am on my feet for 8-9 hours 5 days a week. I'm usually just hanging clothes, at till and walking around helping customersand picking up clothing off the floor. Does this affect how much I should be eatting a day?? I've never considered this till this week and I have no idea how much I should be eatting now!!

I Do high intensity ( level 14 eliptical, 15 stairs, 14 bike and a little running) cardio 5-6 times a week 30 min at a time and 1 hour core sesson once a week.

I've figured around 1600-1750 calories a day. Is this right?

Oh, i'm 112 , 5'6 ( almost) and 18 =)

My guess is increase your calories - you're very thin
Increase by how much?!? Im soo afraid of gaining weight =(
Check out the calculaters on this siteto find out the calorie range for your height, age etc.  My daughter is also 5' 6" and weighs less than 120 and she is extremely fragile - I wish I could get her to look at this site instead of myspace.com :)

Have you always been this thin? Maybe your metabolism works extremely well and I'm jealous :)
lol I have checked out the calculator and it says like 2000 lol that just seems like alot =( =( and I dont know how to factor in being on my feet all day

I was like 120 all my life ( well my teenage life) just recently did I start excerising and stuff =))
