working out, now feeling like i need to puke

i just got done doing heavy duty workout and i stopped for a moment to eat a yogurt and i havent started my workout again but im having the feeling i need to puke...like im having the throw up feeling in my throat..i dont know what to do? im having suspicions of pregnancy but i dont wanna stop working out and least not all the way

Did you eat anything prior to beginning your workout?  If not, I'd suggest eating at least a small meal.  You'll need fuel for your workout.  Since you're burning calories during the workout, you need something to burn in the first place.   

If you are pregnant, you can probably keep up your full workout (with your doctor's permission) until your growing belly gets in your way or it becomes a health risk.  Your doctor will be able to advise you on what exercises are appropriate at the various stages of your pregnancy.

#1 smartjock256 (Edit) Jun 16 2008 10:35 That happens sometimes when you work out with great intensity. It's not bad thing, per se, I don't think, though it's not excactly the best feeling in the world.

Sometimes it'll just pass with time, other times you might actually throw up.
