Man - I have to labor over getting enough calories. At 1200 I'm
just not hungry. Getting lots of nutrition, maybe it's
that? But, with at least 300 cals burned in exercise everyday, I
hear that I'm not doing myself any favors. So to get up above
1500 is hard work!! I'm adding things I would not normally.
I eat so many veggies - those nutrients - and they're filling me
up! I want to lose, but I hate feeling so full. Nor do I
want to go into 'starvation'. Can't win!! ??

Nuts and dried fruit are great to fill in those calories. Peanut butter too. They also have good fats in them. Hope this helps
