Working long hot hours in the sun

Quote  |  Reply

So each year for the past 4 years (except last year because I was pregnant) I worked this AIrshow in Oshkosh WIsconsin called EAA, as a security officer. I get the greatest spot where I get to meet a lot of the pilots like Sean Tucker and many others.

But I also get to sit for 10 hours (except to get up and tell the pople who are going in the wrong entrance and give directions. But I sit and read around 3-4 large books or draw or what ever (but mainly sitting things for 10 hours (from 7-5)

After a long day in the sun, I dont feel like doing much. I have 7-10 days of this.

What are some things I can do to keep working out. I normally get around 30 AP a week so I am a little nervous about this. I know its just one week but still want to keep active. Do I just make myself go workout after words?? OR are there things I can do while I am there?

Have you thought about swimming. It's refreshing and might help you feel like working out after you get out of the pool?
