does working out make a diferance...i stick to the calories and i have a tread mill in my basement....and i can use it...but does working out make a diferance????
That's like saying
"does eating keep you alive?"
Of course it makes a difference, you will lose weight quicker, gain a toned body and you will feel better, plus you will increase your metabolism, so you won't have to worry about what you eat as much.
yeah, it could help you lose faster and everything fbf said. plus, it'll be awesome when you can out run your friends that make fun of your weight.
I feel the same way, It obviiously helps but im the kind of person that wants results fast and when i dont see them i usually start doing something else. But latly iv stuck to one thing and im starting to see a difrence..maybe not fast but i see it
