working out and being sick?? Good or bad?

Quote  |  Reply
So I have been sick now for about a week and I really want to get some cardio in because I am feeling like I am getting bigger and bigger with out doing any.  However I am sick and very low energy levels, having trouble even reading my homework chapters and my head is killing me.  Any advice on what I can or should do and is weight lifting out of the question????

uh, dont excercise.  Just becasue you havent excercised wont negate what youve accomplishes so far, it takes a while for that to happen.  If your sick, your sick, dont worry about it.  Just eat well and while your sick, your body will actually burn more calories in fighting off whatever bug you have :)  When you begin to feel better, ease your way back into working out again, theres no rush, and you wont gain weight in 2 weeks.
thank you, I am just so afraid of gaining weight.
