working my triceps but not working!

ive still got flabby nothingness for triceps... ive got biceps and ive been doing around 50 reps of quality kickbacks... and the one where you put one weight in both hands and strtch behind your back and up above your head... and nothing ... ive been doing it during cardio to get my muscles warmed up and ive been doing this for about a month... is this normal.. what am i doing wrong!

I have the same problem,I think triceps are the first muscles to be flabby and the last to be tones how much you workout
Odds are you are building muscle there but its still under some jiggly fat.  That is my big problem.  Up your cardio to help burn off some body fat so those muscles can show through.  It will work, triceps are stubborn anyway lol
with 50 reps you are going to improve strengh of the muscle, yes. But your not going to tone or bulk up the muscle doing 50 light reps. im not a trainer, there are people here who know a ton, so ask them. All i do know is that once i did heavier weights, i started to notice definition and improvement.
Personally I think that working out on the cables would be a good idea, you see definition pretty quick! Tricep dips are great too! Try this website

Yes what dart said.  You definately should do heavy enough weights where you can only complete 10-12 reps.  This is going to make tiny tears in the muscle and cause growth.  50 light reps really isn't going to get you the definition you want. 
all what I want is to tone my triceps and when I wave they won't jiggle ,I don't want to grow them ,I need to tighten them .PLS any advise to help . thanks.
They won't get all big and gross.  You have work out like a freak in order for that to happen.  but you HAVE to lift heavy in order to burn the fat that is in the muscle.  This will help lean them out and tone them. 
Make sure you are doing plenty of cardio to burn fat too.  I am a woman and I life as heavy as I can.  I have getting lean sexy muscles with no bulk what so ever.
I work my triceps doing high weights and reps to the point of exhaustion and mine I still call that second wave.  When I flex my muscles there is no give so I know there are muscles there.  I have yet to see a woman that doesn't jiggle a little in the triceps even if she's thin.  But I would say use higher weights and reps to the pt of exhaustion and cardio and then the jiggle won't be as bad.
Any pressing movement will also work your triceps, so be careful not over train them. try this workout for a while and see how it goes.

Triceps push downs 3 sets 10-15 reps

Kickbacks 3 sets 8-10 reps

Bench dips 3 sets to failure

do this twice a week, and on days that you dont do any bench press.
The arm muscles are actually one of the muscle groups in the body that respond quickest to exercise. It's usually the fat surrounding it that's stubborn ---to get rid of fat, you need to do cardio all over.

I like to judge how hard I actually worked out if I can feel it the next day--- if I'm not sore there, I need to work it harder next time to really build the muscle. Like agana said, you need to make little tears in the muscle for it to rebuild and get stronger.
I have a question why I cannot do triceps everyday sinse I want to tone ,thighten and make them thinner not to let them grow.
