Hi there - I'm interested. I'm just getting started too. I've not done any workouts for ages and am really unfit. I weigh approx 146lbs and would love to get down to low 130's , I am medium build and 5'5" tall.
I am a 39 year old mum to one daughter ( and 2 kitties) and spend a lot of time sat at my desk at work.
