I am in BAD shape. Really bad. Any suggestions on some good DVDs to get me started? I have a few I've been doing, but I picked up a different one at the library today (just to change things up) and I could not keep up. I'm also very uncoordinated, so that doesn't help.

The DVDs I've been using are "CardioBurn Weight Loss with Madeline Lewis" and "Dance Off The Inches Hip Hop Party". But I'm bored with them! Please help me! It's too cold to walk.

I enjoy Leslie Sansone.  She has several for beginners.  Just marching in place, knee lifts, kicks, etc.  Not complicated, but it will give you a workout!  Plus she is very kind and encouraging.

Billy Blanks has several different beginner Tae Bo dvds.  There's "Tae Bo", Basic Training Bootcamp and the Elite series, Bootcamp.

I prefer him because the people in the "class" are all different sizes, shapes and abilities.  Also, the tapes/dvds last a long time because you can change how hard you work in them.

Any of the Biggest Loser DVDs. I just did the Boot Camp one and love it. I also have Jillian's 30 Day shred along with 3 other Bigges Loser DVDs. They are good intro workouts that you can build on for a while. I alternate the DVD's so I am not doing the same workout all the time. They are only about 30 minutes long (but can be up to 80 minutes if you choose) I promise you will LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm going to order them from Amazon right now.
