Carry On My Wayward Son, by Kansas.

Definately my favourite all-time workout song. What can I say? It just makes me want to "carry on." Haha, I'm such a tool.

There's this one song called Shissou by Last Alliance that I love working out to. It's sort of a s ugary pop song, and it's& nbsp;not in English, but  it definitely helps keep  me going when I'm breakin g a sweat.

Skitsystem's only been around since the mid 90's, Motorhead isn't punk, the Ramones were from the late 70's and could hardly be called "brutal", and Carcass is a metal band. :)

ZING!

...Though I get the impression that Motorhead, The Ramones, and Carcass were possibly meant to be read as listed in addition to "brutal underground 80's punk bands"" :)

they're aussies (touring england at the moment) but they're so upbeat..kinda girly kick ass make you wanna dance around and jiggle your boobs lots type music :) x
