Workout rutine during pregnancy
Hi! I've been walking on the treadmill for the past three months, for about 30 minutes every other day, but was looking for a good workout routine I can do while pregnant.
I'm already 39 weeks! (and still pregnant) but still feel like a need to move a little so I can have an easier delivery, and I can go back to shape easier after delivery.
The truth is I've gain a LOT of weigh, I dind't start on my ideal weight but no I'm almost 50 pounds heavier!!! I'm 5'0' ans my weight is 178!!!! HELP.
Thanks!
I hate to tell you this but at 39 weeks its a little late you dont wanna start doin anything u haven't already been doin especially so late in the game. Also at this point its too late for it to have any real effect on making labor easier, but the walking has probably done you good, I would just continue that and start a program after baby is here when your physically ready. With vaginal delivery its not that long. I would just consider this a lesson learned for next time. I did the same thing wasn't where I wanted to be when I got prego, then added about 50 I lost it b4 he turned 1 and then some. But with my lil princess I worked out even ran right up till she was here, it was worth it! Labor was easy 3 days after having her I was back to normal. Good luck and congrats!!
I totally agree with you, it might me a little too late for me to start a "light" workout routine, but I still would like to have a site where they show some light impact exercises that can be done during pregnancy, even in the late stages of it, for those days on which I don't feel like getting on the treadmill, it can get a little boring sometimes. I'm also hoping that these low impact exercises would help me to have an easy and fast delivery, hopefully :(
Why do I get bad cramps after I eat?
