If you like to workout at home and you have lots of videos and you find yourself getting use to the same workout day in and day out, or you are just bored out of your mind, then why not change your workout and your coach daily. I am starting this myself I have several fitness videos like Turbo Jam, walk away the pounds, 8 min abs, buns, arms and legs a yoga and stretch and others that uses dumb bells I have made a workout routine using all my videos for one hour 6 days a week and I know ill get results because my body wont get use to just one routine.
