I have a similar schedule with classes and I pack my gym bag in the morning before I leave, that way I can go straight to the gym after.  I find if I don't go straight there I often don't end up going at all.

Do it before school if you have to.  I usually wake up at 5:30 so I can fit an hour before work...try that.  I work 7-5 and can usually fit in an hour after work if I want to as well.
I go to school from about 7-1 but I used to go from 6:30 - 4!!!!!  I don't know HOW I did it but I always managed to squeeze in at least an hour of cardio...generally at night right before bed after all homework was done (or most =P I wouldn't skip a workout!)
2:15 isn't late, you still have lots of time to do some - I go to the gym at 3 or 4pm usually :)
Thanks Those r good ideas!
If you can't workout at a gym get a workout DVD or video and workout with that each day.  Or if you have Nintendo then get Dance Dance Revolution that will burn some major calories and use cardio.  I usually do home workouts because I do not have a local gym that is close.  Our closest one is about three hours away.

I work from 7:30 am to 6:30 p.m. and manage to get it in, so don't worry, it's possible! You just have to make it a priority. Set out your gym clothing and equipment ahead of time so you have few excuses. I take my clothes with me when I leave the house, and an extra snack so I can't use the excuse that, "I'm too hungry to work out now." I either go before work and get it out of the way, or I go after work and have plenty of time to do everything I need to in the gym. If you have time between classes, go for a walk or do some lifting if it doesn't make you too sweaty.

9 am to 11 am.

I leave my house at 6am and dont get back till 7.30pm - and still find the time to do at least 1/2 hour of cycling when I get home. I wish I finished at 2:15 - I'd lose sooo much more weight!

Its easy if you put your mind to it Laughing

aaaahhhhh, the good old days.

You are in school from 8:00-2:15.  That's only 6.25 hours!  Surely you can find time to squeeze in some exercise, or are you trying to find support for the proposition that you're too busy?  Not trying to be critical here, I'm just an expert in the concept of avoidance!

I get to work at 5:45 am and typically stay until 5:00 pm and exercise after that...and that's with 4 kids under 13 at home!  It wasn't until about 9 months ago that I decided I needed to change my lifestyle and get active.  I made exercise a priority and have stuck to it.  I workout 6 days per week, 3 heavy lifting and 3 cardio.  No session takes longer than an hour and I have definitely seen the effects.

If you are dedicated, you will make it a priority and you WILL be successful.  If not, saying 6+ hours of school a day is too much to allow for exercise will satisfy your need for an excuse.
