I havent moved at all on the scale the past 3 days!!!! I eat about 1600 cal.s a day (yesterday I went a little over that so I went in for another workout) and I workout burning about 300 cal.s. Why am I not losing weight?!

"technically" one pound is 3500 calories. .. so unless you had a 1200 calorie defecit every day, you won't see it yet. Most of the time it isn't clockwork either... there aren't many people on here that see a 1lb drop as soon as they hit a 3500 calorie defecit. I'd give it another few days before getting too frustrated

have patience :) you'll see something soon!
ok, but yesterday was one of those days where I exercised more than others and yet I didn't lose anything. I have never stayed at one weight more than 2 days. I usually drop atleast .1 pounds or gain a little. Its just weird
It's odd, but usually the day after I exercise I go up by 1/2 a pound or a pound and over the next few days my weight goes down by a bit.

well look at the upside.. at least you didn't gain a little! =)
3 days is nothing.  Give it some more time - don't freak out!

Good luck.
Water weight provides so much fluctuations in weight that assigning a single number is not at all accurate. If you have 8 cups of water a day, that's 4lbs going through your system. That's a lot of variation involved in a number you're trying to pin down to a tenth of a pound.
You should really only weigh yourself once a week, on the same day and time (pref in the morning before eating, and after going to the toilet).

I weigh myself quite often, but it is only my set wednesday morning weigh in that I really pay attention to. And weighing yourself is always the most accurate way, due to water weight etc- already today i have gained a pound, and then lost three. Use a tape measure too, especially if your exercising.
