I know this may sound stupid but what in the world is TTOM???  Like what is it an abreviation for?

Hehe "that time of the month"

haha yeah, other ones I found a little bewildering at first:

SAHM= stay at home mom

DH = dear husband (I think, anyway, lol)

Hmm there's more that I just can't think of right now.

thanks so much lol.  I was siting trying to figure it out going "time the of month" "the time of month"  I couldn't get it! lol

Why not say menstruation, I think period is kind of along the same line as TOM.

It's not TTOM, it's TOTM. Time Of The Month.

 It's either - TTOM is "That Time of (the) Month"

Because it is always some time of the month, but we mean that time.
