My step mom is on Nutra system and loves to buy things that she loves to watch me eat them. Idk , i guess is full fills her "wanting" things and stuff. But she bought my weakness (cheesecake) and conviently the Nutritional lable was ripped off. she bought a small sampler which had Ny style, Strawberry , Double Chocolate swirl , and Brownie (all made by "the fathers table company") i went to the site and it says 400 a slice! I DIED because at that time i had half (but know that this was a sampler and it was SMALL . really small. so i felt crappy thati had eaten my WHOLE calories and more by 8 am. i was thinking i had 1600 but with breadfast and some cerial added that i had before.
ended up only being 190 a slice =] and only 800 cals i ate.
so STILL bad because i keep wasting my cals on stupid stuff like 1000 on cookie dough and 1000 on icecream and stuff
I bought 100 cal icecream cups today in hopes i will help =]
i cant control cravings for anything.

She's probably just buying you all that food because she's on a super-diet and she's bitter because she can't eat anything. Lots of anorexic people get absolutely tickled whe they see others eating fatty delicious foods-because they know they would never let themselves have such foods.
But yes.. what an oddly cruel stepmother. You're like Cinderella (boy version...Cinderello?)!
Get the foods you can't resist out of your environment and you'll be fine. If other people are bringing junk in there's not a lot you can do besides invest in a large roll of black refuse sacks and ceremoniously deposit the junk where it belongs!
Gi Jane is on the right track. =] thats what my plan was to do. since ive already indulged a little more than enough . iam just going to secretly drop a slice down the garbage desposal once a day . that way its gone . i had some . and its what i wanna do =]
I can relate to this... the office I work in is always full of treats. Dishes of candy on people's desks, chocolate and cakes in the kitchen, sometimes even fruit pies or bagels and cream cheese too. It's a nightmare trying to stay away from it all and keep on track. Gi-Jane is right, anyone can resist if it is not there... how do you do it if it is "in your face" all day? I dont want to give in to it just because I know it's there. Lately, when I know there is "naughty" food around I try to stay away from the kitchen and have a healthy snack if the craving gets very bad... it's a real struggle some days though.
That is SO TRUE about temptations! I had been doing so well the past three months, eating no junk and not even missing it, butthem Easter came along and family gave the kids a huge bag of jellybeans, peanut M&Ms and chocolate foil eggs. They dumped them in a big bowl and just put them in the middle of the table. Everytime I walked by the table I grabbed a couple. I was just obsessing about that bowl every minute, I actually just put them in the freezer and told them kids they had enough, I know it sounds mean but geez enough is enough for both me and the kids.
Oh, AND.. my in-laws insist the whole family go there for dinner once a week and then cook all this high fat food with tons of cream and butter. They even smother the vegetables in that stuff. I asked last week if I could have some veggies without the sauce and they all looked at me like I am being fussy or something and say stuff like "oh, once won't hurt you" but that is how I got overwerght in the first place!!! I can't keep pretending I have got a bug or something and not go. I don't want to offend them, but how do I get around this?

Try eating a great big salad or plate of raw veggies and water before going over?
