how to not worry about my weight?

im maintaining 115 pounds (5 foot 1 inch)  and constantly throughout the day i'll look at my stomach and see that i still have fat on it or look in a body mirror and see the fat parts of me. i want to be able to live like a normal person. not worrying about calories and gaining weight. not obsessed about how i look in a swimming suit and if people think i look gross! what should i do?

If you think you're getting obsessive try making it physically more difficult to indulge your habit.   Lose the CC website from your bookmarks.  Give your bathroom scales to charity.  Remove mirrors from your house.

The other area you should explore is developing your self-confidence in ways that don't involve body-weight, image or other people's approval.  We all like to look good but if your self-esteem is totally tied up with your size and shape then your happiness is held hostage depending on what the scales say that morning.  That's not a healthy place to be and will result in the anxiety you describe.   The type of person that can be happy a few pounds heavier or lighter is the type that has a strong sense of self-worth and who knows they are just as valuable either way.

Best of luck
