3-4 protein bars covered in peanut butter. Probably 2500 cals? Not my finest hour. Thats what I get for drinking on an empty stomach. I woke up feeling terrible about it I remember :( I hate bingeing.

yeah my binges are usually on "healthy" food.. just waaaay too much of it. Thats partly due to the fact that I don't keep junk in the house. I binge on Kashi and soy milk sometimes too. Sure seems "healthy" but not 4 bowls of it, lol.
one time, i was binging and decided to make tofu dogs (i'd never tried them before). a few hours later my stomach decided it REALLY didn't like tofu, and i threw up (NOT self-induced AT ALL) the tofu dog, along with everything else :|
hahaha no no i get it, not sayin it wasnt a binge but you guys are still like angels compared to me lol
when i think of the word binge i think of the worst of the worst.
just straight up GARBAGE food.
well i used to anyway, these days my worse binges are usually on stuff like wheat thins or cheez-its...

most recently i binged on chocolate peanut butter chip cookies. and then i had a crying episode after :(
My binge is always cereal!!! I love all kinds of cereal! I have ate a whole box in one sitting...talk about sick after, but I didn't care...thank god there wasn't any more because I wanted more!!! And nuts..I have to limit what comes in my house because seriously I will eat a whole can of mixed nuts and I never realize it until they are gone.
OH and I LOVE CHEEZ-ITS!! I always get those lower fat or fat free...whatever they are, but they taste the same to me.
My worst binge was probably about...8000 calories (*hangs head in shame and pain of memory*) of anything ranging from chocolate to cereal to oatmeal to cookies to pb/nuts to chicken....i cant even remember, I think Ive made a mental block to it =p
Three 7-11, Wawa, Turkey Hill store stops on the way home....I'm guessing 15,000+ calories.
What did I eat?? What didn't I eat!! Terrible. Thank goodness those days are gone!!
I've done the protein bar covered in peanut butter too. Quite good :)

Oh man I forgot about nuts. I have eaten a whole bag of trader joes sweet and salty mixed nuts. I love the ones roasted in sugar, I could eat handfuls of them easy.
There was that night I hit Wendy's up for a biggie value meal and some side items (Chili + nuggets) and then I hit the taco bell for like 3 beef and potato burritos, 1 grilled stuffed burrito with no sour and a few chalupas. That's probably the worst.

Oh yes...how could I forget those sugary pecans!! OH my..those are delicious! I have shamefully ate a whole can of those at work within 8 hours, I just wanted one more....and then they were gone!
I'd say yesterday was my weakest day in a while. At 1 am while watching American Idol result show I had 3 tag a long cookies, an oatis spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookie and a piece of fudge. Breakfast was as egg white f/f american and red hot on wheat bread. Lunch was a veggie burger and a salad. Dinner I made vegetarian lasagna had 3 pieces of that and then a salad with half an avocado, ice cream with a cosmic brownie, 4 more tag a longs, more fudge, a chocolate carmel candy from a heart shaped box and I think that is it. I felt so ill I wanted to cry

I have the same problem. I can totally down a super large portion of something really "healthy," which wouldn't constitute as healthy in such large portions (like a jar of nuts, half a box of cereal, or like 5 apples), but with decadent, unhealthy choices like cheesecake, I can have a small serving and let it be...weird!
I can't remember the most but yesterday I ate two reeses peanut butter cup easter eggs and at least two cup of fenway frudge ice cream 500 calories easy, which was before 11'0 clock. Than numerous amounts of ruffles dipped in cream cheese!! The cream cheese was 1/3 fat though!!
My binges are soooo bad. If anyone near me sees me binge, they are in total shock that I can even FIT the food inside of me.
In 4 hours, I've gone through 2 large Dominoes pizzas, a tub of icecream, an entire family-sized box of goldfish, 8 veggie patties (or more if I have them), and a few orders of super-size french fries (when they still had super-size).
And I'd be hungry again by dinner.
Ten years of binges like that and I only weighed 100 lbs. I miss my old metabolism. :(
Sometimes I've binged much worse than that and been so full I threw up (not self-induced), and the minute I was done barfing I'd go back and finish eating. I would look pregnant and my stomach would be in so much pain I'd be crying and my ex would be telling me to go to the emergency room.
I still binge and struggle with self-control, but I haven't had an episode like that in about 6 months. Yay me! :D
Boy there are some amateurs here! (I mean this lighthearted and jokingly and only with regard to a proper binge)
I ate a half a 9 inch carrot cake from one of our finest bakeries here.
Another time on Halloween I ate 3 count em 3 bags of Halloween candy 1 pb cups one snickers and one almond joy, sent myself into pseudo diabetic coma by the next day because my body wen tballistic with insulin.
I can't buy packaged cookies because I will finish the box.
I have a sweet tooth with no end, sugar is my personal brand of heroine. Any sweets cake, pie, ice cream, cookies, candy (mostly chocolate when it comes to candy) ANYTHING I'm in.
It is a actually somewhat funny because I am a health food fanatic with one exception and that is sugar. I'm a sugar holic I guess. But i figure, I'm not drinking or doing drugs so why not.
Aside from sugar...
I love an occasional pizza and have been known to down an entire large pizza when so inclined.
Thank God my metabolism likes me!
