What did you eat? HOw much? Where? How long? Did any one see?

I will confess i binge mostly on peanut butter. I pour honey over it with cereal. Ill dip any kind of candy in it. But there was a time when i ate almost all of a whole cheesecake along with some brownies. Then a time when i  ate mac n cheese, peanut mnms, granola bars, peanut butter, and ice cream, all in one night. I have binged right before work out sessions with my trainer. And also coming home after eating mexican food with friends. I once ate cake icing out of its can, after it was thrown away.

Can i be nosy and know some of your worst moments? This vulnerablity to strangers feels like a weight off me considering ive never told anyone that before..

does it make you feel better to know other people do it to? as long as you don't psych yourself out that it's an excuse...
I just ate 2 mini 100 grand bars, after making myself a "healthy" dinner after work, then I had 5 cherries a nectarine and a mini cottage cheese with berries thing... and then chips and salsa.. Now that I know those little 100 grand bars add up to 384 calories to start off the day... I really wish I didnt do that.
I can eat and eat and eat... this was one of my "better" binges. ugh. I still cant psychologically get over the fact that Im not on a diet...counting calories has actuially made me realize I need to eat MORE to be healthy. But whenever I'm on a "plan" of some sort I always find myself binging....
My worst binge was the one where I ate so much I literally couldn't stand up or move at all and I feared for my life. I really thought my stomach was going to rupture. What did I eat/drink? The better question is, what didn't I eat/drink.
yes i basically go into the kitchen and eat everything.
I recently binged on In N Out animal style fries. So freakin good. I bought them and just WOLFED them down, along with a whole can of Sierra Mist Free. I was used to eating very slowly and having small portions of light food, so after I had this meal (if anyone doesn't know what "animal style" fries is, its regular fries covered in cheese, grilled onions, and SMOTHERED with heavy thousand island dressing) I felt so incredibly sick. I wasn't even that hungry to begin with, but I just ate and ate. I don't even know why I ate the whole freakin thing in one sitting, and drank the ENTIRE can with it. Stupid stupid stupid. I was with my parents and had to leave the table while slowly walking hunched up to my bedroom and stuck my head in the toilet because I felt like I was going to puke. Thankfully I didn't (I haven't puked in years!!) but boy was that a lesson to be learned, and a VERY painful 20 minutes or so. :-(
Ooo fun thread. Besides the gallon of icecream now and then (who hasnt done that? just soo good, and its liquid! Liquids dont have calories!) well...i guess the worse would be one thanksgiving...over the course of 2 hours

I ate roughly 1,000 calories worth of turkey (including gravy), 400 calories of potatoes, then about 10 rolls (600 calories on the low end), add on 300 calories of stuffing / sides.... but that was just a big dinner...no big problem...

until they brought out my weakness! 6 different kinds of pie! and 2 different kinds of icecream!

Well... then i dove in! I had 1/4th of a pecan pie (normal sized pie, like you would find in a store, but it was homemade)

Then i had 1/6th of each the others, apple, cherry, lemon merengue, chocolate merengue, and something else i cant remember what it was.

And, of course, on top of the pie was whipped cream. (again, home-made, not out of the can... about 1/2 cup of heavy cream + sugar)

Then! I finished things off by eating more dinner rolls (5 more rolls) with my icecream (i like sweet things with bread *shrug*). I took a cup and a half of each type of (full fat) icecream....a total of 3 cups with normal icecream having about 200 calories per half cup... so 1200 calories in icecream (and another 300ish from the rolls).

I think that was the only time i actually got sick from eating too much (and i have been known to be a really good eater!) meh, maybe it was just an unlucky day...

Can't believe i'm actually posting this... I binged so badly on friday (friday's seem to be my trigger for some reason):

1 Cadbury's king size crunchie bar
1 Cadbury's Flake
1 Cadbury's king sized moro bar
1 Cadbury's king sized snikers bar
1 Cadbury's Picnic bar
4 pb&j and banana sandwiches (used 5 bananas, 8 slices bread, 8 tbsp crunchy pb, 6 tbsp raspberry jam)
1 pb and nutella sandwich
1 king sized Kit Kat
4 Tim Tams (chocolate biscuit things, think wiki said they're like England's Penguin biscuits or something)
handful sultanas
2 wrapped glutinous rice (chinese glutinous rice thingys with shitake mushrooms wrapped in lotus leaf)
1 family sized bag thick cut salt and vinegar potato chips
2 plums
20 assorted gummy sweets
1 bbq pork bao
1 cup deep fried kumara chips
1 burger (bun, tomatoes, lettuce, beef patty, tomato sauce and aioli spread)
1 lollipop

and this was after dinner... crap i'm ashamed

My worst binging moment was around 2 years ago.... I had had my usual daily intake on this saturday of a bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk, couple of buscuit, 2lbs pork sausage with chips and headed out later that day with friends to an all you can eat restaurant (Chinese).

I managed 3 full plates (heaving over the edges), and was about to head for a fourth when I was informed the restaurant was closing to prepare for the evening menu.

I felt utterly miserable to be kicked out, and really wish I had headed there sooner or eaten quicker.

Certainly felt cheated, so had to oblige by a pub crawl and take-out on the way home.

In summary.... My worst binging moment was NOT being allowed to continue eating in a Chinese restaurant.
For me it was at a baby shower. Not just any baby shower but one that was quite fancy where the food spread was unbelievable. I ate about 4 plates worth of food : chicken salad croisants, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed tomatoes, bacon-wrapped shrimp, BLT "pizza" slices, spinach dip and hawaiian bread, bread salad, pasta salad, cream cheese spread and crackers, fruit and fruit dip with pound cake bites, meatballs, veggies and heavy dip, 5 chocolate dipped strawberries, 2 cupcakes,4 chocolate dipped pretzel rods and I am sure much more I can't remember. I could not stop myself and felt miserable the rest of the day. Of course I didn't learn my lesson and had a fairly bad binge yesterday too - at a bridal fair my store was hosting. I have a real problem with spreads and buffets that offer free food and that stay layed out for hours. I keep going back. Ahh
oh wow...a few yrs back i used to go out a lot.  so i'd come home from the bar and eat an entire bag of krunchers (jalapeno flavor).  then on occasion (i stayed up pretty late back then) i'd get coney island around 6 am...and i don't mean just some soup or something...usually chicken fingers and fries.  plus i love hashbrowns so i would also get a 3 egg omelette w/ hashbrowns.  oh, and i ate it ALL.

that just sounds gross now.  i should have been much more overweight than i was.

My worst binge of the week was last friday.

I had been really healthy until about 4pm when I ate the slice of Chocolate cake that a co-worker had given me at about 10am (I had been trying to resist!), a chinese that evening (chincken in black bean sauce with mushrooms, although I did have a side of bean sprouts instrad of chips or rice) with my friend, and then back to her place for mugs of tea and more chocolate fudge cake!!

This was when I first started eating again after not having eaten over 1000-1100 calories for a year and a half (I'm a recovering anorexic):

Two bowls of granola
2 chicken breasts with melted gouda cheese
A huge bowl of farfalle pasta with tomato sauce
A pint of oreo ice cream
Six cadbury creme eggs
Two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Two giant slices of chocolate cheesecake
A pack of reese's white chocolate peanut butter cups
Three kit kat bars
Two small red bean bao
Half a box of chocolate buttercreams

I was too afraid to add up how many calories that was...
*runs and hides*

Anyway, I can look back and laugh now.  I just don't want it to happen again. : p
Friend's birthday party about 3 years ago. I felt like hell. Pretty much the whole day was a binge. except breakfast.

Chicken Pita sandwich w/ mayo and cheese
Pecan Pie
3 Buffalo Chicken Wings
3 Donuts
13 Donut Holes
2 Hot Dogs
Salad (why did I even bother?)
Grilled Chicken Breast
2 cans of Sprite
A HUGE slab of Chocolate Cake
A Cup of Chex Mix
A Cup of Cheese Puffs

Uuuugh. Now I beat myself up if I eat more than one cookie

I always tend to binge late at night. I will eat my full day's worth (around 2000 calories) by around 8pm, but then go out around 10. Last example, from about 10pm-1am:

3 sushi rolls

1 bottle sake

5 pints of beer

large order of carne asada fries (google if you are not familiar)

banana split

1 slice apple pie

It was fantastic, unfortunately

yeah, this will make me feel better. i binged yesterday, after eating fruit in the morning, raw veggies in the afternoon, then a big salad at night. but i turned the tv on and...

ezekiel bread with pesto 3 medium sweet potatoes with olive oil (i know, my binges are weird) 6 oat cake crackers 4 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (small, but still...) 4 dried figs 1/2 bar of green & black's mint chocolate 1 cinamon toast rice cake

and then i hopped on the scale this morning and it registered that i had gained three pounds (which is ridiculous and some must be water- weight but it's still discouraging).

This was a few years ago at Hometown Buffet.

27 Beef ribs, 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, like 4 or 5 servings of cherry cobbler with whipped cream, and 10 glasses of Diet Coke. I was with my friends, and I built a bone graveyard on an empty plate. My friends wouldn't let the bus boys take the plate with the bones away until I had finished eating the ribs. It was pretty gross, and my friend took a picture of me holding the 27th rib with his cell phone...I look at that picture whenever I need a reason not to eat.

eeeewww Ive been really bingy all last week I had chinese 1 night sushi the next and not healthy sushi spicy tuna fried soft shell crab then Ice cream went out sat night had a whole bottle of wine or more..so hungover on sun so I proceed to eat med Italian assorted sub with all the fixens a cup of greens and beans some borscht??? (dont ask) 4 tbs of peanutbutter with chocolate chips hidden in them salt and vinigar chips WAIT not done yet and a CHOCOLATE COVERED FREAKEN CANOLI which I cany find the calories for. Yesterday wasnt too bad but my friend came over and I drank vodka. today I already ate 4 wasa crackers with avocado and deli turkey and 2 huge bowls of veggie soup I made wich is very low fat so Im back on the wagon. Sometimes I hate my self why do we do that crap ARRGGGHHHH
I went wild last night after starting the out nicely with some bran cereal, 2% milk, cantaloupe and a plum.  The afternoon/evening progressed to ice cream, a pile of chicken salad loaded with mayo, egg salad loaded with mayo, peanuts and a BOTTLE of wine.  I woke up this AM a pound lighter.  Must have been dehydrated from all the wine.

Anything with peanutbutter.

Any baked goods.

I had a big problem with binging at the end of my high school years. I had just broken free of anorexia and exercise bulimia but started down the equally damaging path of binge eating. It's calmed down a bit since then, except for some really emotionally rough periods during college, but I still have my binge moments.  Most of them are just a big blur together, though, and it seems like I'm always eating way past the point where I should stop.

i've been on a week long binge it seems like....and it sucks...i'm losing so much motivation...

it started saturday with bbq food....grilled corn on the cob with butter...bbq chicken hamburgers....and then later that night 4 pieces of really greasy pizza and coca-cola...and beer lots and lots of beer...not to mention no bake cookies and hershey bars arg....sunday was just as bad with chicken sandwich more choclate a reese blizzard from dairy queen and just more and more stuff monday was bad to and tuesday arg...i'm talking making midnight microwaved smores...i don't know whats happening to me i just eat and eat and eat well beyond full and then eat some more but i'm still logging all my calories on here...because i feel if i still keep track there is still hope so far my highest day was like 4000 calories and the lowest was 2500 caloires....i'm suppose to only be eating 1500 calories....i feel like a 4 day fast is in order
This thread made me laugh out loud. It's nice to know that other people can be just as ridiculous with food as I am sometimes. I can't even think of my single worst binge day/moment. I know there have been some terrible days in the past. Let's see... I've pretty much eaten an entire box of cereal in one night before (family size box) ...and this was after dinner.

On New Year's Eve this year, actually, I ate a crapload. I had already gained a few extra pounds from the holidays/being home from school for a month, so I figured, "what the heck- might as well eat!" So I polished off a whole box of crackers, with cheese...probably at least a block of cheddar. Then veggies and potato chips in this rich, ranch/cream/mayo-based dip. Then a glass of wine, chocolate truffles, cookies, 2-3 pieces of apple pie, grapes, crabcakes. And some ice cream a few hours later, but I couldn't finish my serving by that point because I just felt so ill.

There have probably been worse days in the past, but this one is still on my mind. My stomach ballooned out so much that I didn't think I would ever be able to see my feet again!
