Worst dressed/

In cleaning out your closet, what is the worst thing that you've found that you actually wore in public at one time?!

OMG!!!  I found an old pair of shoes that I used to LOVE and wear all the time.  Remember those tennis-shoes that were like 4 inches thick?   (No offese to those who still wear them lol)

What about you lfrigo? You didn't tell us yours

Oh, right! It would have to be a whole array of really big floral dresses. Big flowers and really frumpy. And I wore those when I was fairly thin, no excuse for it!

Ahg so so many icky items...
I used to hate shopping so i ended up with really random items that really REALLY did not go together.

Does anyone remember those pants with stirrups?

I remember stirrups!  My mom used to make me wear them when I was younger... I hated those things then, and still do now.  I actually saw a woman wearing them the other day at the store!  It was like a flashback to a nightmare.  LOL

What about those tiger-striped pants... what were they called?  I can't remember.  They were tight at the bottom and "flowy" throughout the legs... Oh, I hope it comes to me!  Or that someone knows what I'm talking about!

I cleaned my closet out a couple years ago and can't remember anything I can't believe I wore.  I do however remember my party days in the 80's and the large shoulder pads and leg warmers and "Candies" shoes - except the Candies are back and my 20yo loves em makes me wish I had kept mine LOL

I remember those stirrup pants I think I might have owned a pair at one time but was never big on wearing them as I was always running around barefoot LOL but my mom got on board that fashion trend (or should I say nightmare ;p LOL) I sware she had at least one pair in every color you can think of and probably some you can't LOL how about scrunch socks?? with leggins and long t-shirts with a belt or a knot tied in it??? anyone remember that fashion desasiter??

oh man, yes! The shirt tied off to the side.  What were they thinking?  and the huge scrunchies.  It was all about the vests when I was younger.  ehhhh. 

It really hurts when I still see people wearing those reebok hightop sneakers. Or those huge holiday sweaters when it's not even that time of year.

LOL.  When i was in highschool I briefly flirted with going goth.  I recently found some of the cloths in the back of the closet.  They made a great halloween costume last year.

i remember the hammer pants. i had a pair of them in high school but stopped wearing them after a friend of mine kept getting his whipped down to his ankles nearly everyday in the cafeteria!

 

When I was in high school, I went through a big flannel phase.. I was from GA, so it wasn't for the warmth, nor was I the offspring of loggers, so no excuse. And that was at my heaviest, so my closet was just yards and yards and yards of flannel.

And, considering the tiger print, are you thinking of zoomba pants?

When I was in high school it was, t-shirt of some sort and a mens button down over it.. I had like 7 or 8 mens button down shirts wore them everyday!! The saddest part my sister still does,, with tapered leg jeans, she is such a throw back to the 80s,and 90's.
