The worst food you could put in your body...

What do you think that is?

I'd have to go with the Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll.

813 cals

32g fat

5g trans fat

I'm sure there are worse things, but this one just disturbs me because when I was a little kid I would split one with my mom, before I started complaining about wanting my own.

Any meat from Taco Bell. They use grade E meat - even companies that make hotdogs won't use it!

Grade E refers to the cows AGE is does not mean the meat is low quality.  It just means the texture is coarser and the color of the meat is draker.

Schmaltz is basically rendered fat. Many Germans love to smear it on bread. Personally, I think it looks and tastes disgusting and leaves a nasty coating in your mouth. Ugh.

It's 99.8% fat. 100 g contains 3,770 cals and 85 mg cholesterol.

How is that different from buttered toast?

Ha,ha!! Couldn't be more true and to the point! Not only can you fry it, but you can roll it in corn meal first and then fry it! Take it from a Northern girl living in Alabama...

I have just one question, "What is a bloomin' onion?".

- I'd have to say ALL foods with high-fructose corn syrup &/or trans-fats are the worst body offenders out there.... and I am pretty sure than cinnabon classic cinnamon roll has both!!

I just thought of something else: DQ Blizzards.

They may be delicious, but I'd much rather have a hot fudge sundae with a fraction of the fat, for an occasional treat.

see my post regarding bacon sushi.  we may have a winner.

A blooming onion is an onion cut in a way that resembles a flower (cut like those apple slicers almost)...they are deep fried and usually served with some sort of chipotle/ranch type of dip

I think the worst food is decaf coffee...what is up with that!

Cheese Whiz.

Super duper processed cheese, in a jar ^_^

Anything that you didn't enjoy and didn't nourish you...  Or any food that you let actually make you feel guilty.

anything with asparthame in it (check out the link below...it'll ensure you never put the stuff into your body again):

 yeah me too.

Pork scratchings. Just salt and fat.

Or maybe deep fried mars bars...

Soda.

No food is particularly bad if ate in moderation or portioned down to be a bit smaller of a serving size. However, I agree with the person who said poison or gasoline, draino? (ever see "Heathers?") lmao. Yeah, most of these foods you should definitely not eat EVERY day...but you can splurge every now and then it won't kill you to do it at least every once in awhile, just don't make it a habit. I mean there are some supposed low calorie foods that have not been listed here, but even if it is low cal it doesn't mean it's healthy..now don't get me wrong I LOVE rice cakes and they are really great to eat when you need a snack when dieting..however, it's not like they are filled with vitamins that would benefit your body..It's just a little cake that you eat to have something to munch on, but it doesn't do anything for your body except quench your hunger for maybe 30 min. to an hour depending. Hahaha.

At least the Blizzards have calcium in them. :P

OHHHHHH! I JUST REMEMBERED!

CHECK OUT THIS:

CHECK IT.

I think I saw this on another post in here. UGH. I saw a video about it, I couldn't believe diabetics were eating these things....

Circus peanuts.
