Yeah lol.  I guess theirs something good about everything...

The important thing now is to give up immediately. The first time you slip up on a diet is solid proof that you just don't have what it takes to make it. Hang your head in shame and make for the nearest buffet. Bring your own silverwear in a custom carrying case and show everyone how its done.

Get back on track, don't succumb to temptation. Think how good you will feel and how nice you are going to look when you reach your goal. With Easter coming up I will have to watch it or I'll almost blow it.Wink

yeah, i know the feeling.  i always check and double check the calories before i eat ANYTHING if i'm unsure.  friday my friends wanted to go out for lunch and i held them up an hour just researching everything!  i felt bad for making them wait, but the guilt after would have felt worse.

one slip up won't ruin your efforts.  i've actually heard of people breaking or avoiding plateaus by going over their calories periodically.  if that really does work, you might have just helped yourself! :)

Did anyone else notice the discouraging comment above?

Don't give up. Make it a maintenance day and get back on track the next day.

Sarcasm doesn't always come through in text.
