PLS help someone tell me i havent commited a diet crime! eeeeekk lol..

i ate 1500 - 1800 cals in 2 sittings i think im not sure..btw this is basically my maintaining limit  this wasnt a binge just a boost ..cos im fasting for the day today and im not allowed to eat or drink ANYTHING from sunrise to sunset (religious rules of fasting) so is it okay that i ate that much within a 3 hour time frame i had a large slice of lasagna about 600 to 750/800 cals im guessing with the white sauce and all that mozarella lol (yummo:P) and then i had some ginger&curry chicken (moms a chef so she makes interesting meals) and some steamed veggies (probably the lowest calorie thing ive eaten so far haha) and then about 1 hour later i had a coffee with a cinammon swirl and 1/4 of a muffin. i estimated it to be around about 1500 to 1800cals i woke up at 3 am and ate till 5 am then i got soo stuffed i couldnt get back to bed so now im just staying up till i get ready for school im also gonna try to do some yoga before i go to school to make up and make me feel better about the foods i just ate LASAGNA MAN! ..anyway just wondering do you think that todays foods are gonna lead to weight gain? or its fine? cos im not eating anything else in like 13 to 14 hours and ima be at school all day so moving around and all do u think i will burn it off throughout the day or is it gonna deff lead to permanant weight gain?? and will it just go to one place like my tummy cos of all the fat in the lasagna? btw for dinner last night i also had a huge slice of lasagna so thats 2 slices in 2 days but i stayed in my limit yesterday so i think im allgood i hope!! thats it no more lasagna!! (damn its soo gooood though) btw does it really matter what i eat even if its in my cal limit ?? i rarely have lasagna or cinnamon buns so its okay to have a indulgence every once in a while right??  (i chose fatty lasagna cos i need fats in my diet, ive lost my period so i need to add more of it to my diet, should i also include saturated fats? or just good fats? whats your guy's opinions?)

Thanks to anyone who answers.

If you've lost your period it's usually because you're either underweight, malnourished, sick, stressed or doing too much exercise.   It seems odd therefore that you're looking at a 'maintaining limit'... some weight gain might help you get your period back.  It would be wise to stop exercising for the same reason.  As regards food choices you need regular meals, lots of variety, a reasonably good balance, and that takes some planning.  If you're underweight or malnourished, all food and all fats are good.   But it's not enough to just eat a peice of lasagne and somehow think that'll do.

Do your parents know about your period problem and have you been to see a doctor?   You do know that if you're unwell (and amenorrhea is an illness) that you should be exempted from participating in a religious fast?  Starving for 13 or 14 hours in your current condition sounds like a very poor idea.
