I'm a teen, and I thought by going to this post, I would get to read how people who honestly need to lose weight are losing weight...

It's pretty scary that all of these girls think they are fat....

When I first started this program in 2007, I was 210 pounds...yep...I was doing good for a while, my body plateaud and now I've been losing weight again...I am currently 167--the lightest I've been since elementary school...

1500 calories is hardly enough for a teenage girl to go on...here are my tips to losing weight for those who honestly need help....

1. 100 calorie packs are a godsend!! They taste great and are very filling...and you don't have to give up your favorite foods to lose weight!

2. Eat slowly and listen to your body...

3. Do some type of cardio as often as you can for about 30 minutes a day...it's easier than you think...

Okay...good luck....

I was just thinking this five minutes ago. Thanks for posting this. <3

lol my problem is that i don't think that i'm fat, because i feel alright when i look in the mirror. but i'm over 20 pounds overweight...

i think #2 is a really good tip, because it takes your body 15 minutes to realize that it's full.
