Wow!! A year!

So, I just returned from a week long cruise. I was looking at some of the pictures and next to it was an old picture of me from last year.  One was taken 02/2006 and the new one about a week ago 03/2007.

I could not belive the difference! I see myself in the mirror every morning, so sometimes changes are hard to see. I took those two pictures and put them together. I plan to keep them as my motivation.

Check it out! I'm super proud of myself and I feel like this is the only place I can jump up and down and be excited about it!!!

Thank you soooo much...I'm so glad to have a space where I can vent, get help and do a little dance when things go well.

There have been lots of times when I just wanted to throw in the towel. I'm almost there, but I would not have been anywhere close if not for C-C and the wonderful people here.

Let me see if I can't pull some before/afer pics... Problem is, I was so unhappy with how I looked I hated getting my photo taken. But that's all changing now :)

I was feeling a little fed up as i just had another wasted shopping trip but I now feel motivated to push on. I just took a pic of myself today, and well, the difference isnt huge (only trying to lose 5-10lbs..) but I can see muscle definition like I haven't ever had before!
