So, My approach to reach my goal was to be this.

- I would eat like always and keep track of my calories. Then I would see where I can cut back.

After two days of calorie tracking...I can see my problem. Pasta! Wow! In one meal i consumed over 400 calories just in pasta, not counting all the additions. I love to eat pasta so i guess this means more exercise!!! Hope all of your personal goals are going well.
