Wow... such a small person really does take your world over!

Hey all... I've been MIA for a while! My little Xavier is 11 weeks old today and weighing in at a whopping 15 pounds already... and we're still exclusively breast feeding I'm proud to say. I've been back to work for a week now and my husband is home with the little guy for the summer. He's off of school for the summer and we're so grateful that we can keep him out of daycare for several more months! Our other two sons (14 years old and 10 years old) will join him in a few weeks once school lets out for them. They are such a big help and so proud to be big brothers!! On top of all this, we're moving at the end of the month, ugh!! If having a baby weren't enough now we've got to pack. I'm happy though, we're going from a 2 bed 2 bath apartment to a 4 bed 2 bath house!!

Anyhow, I'm 8 pounds away from my pre-preggo weight. I haven't been dieting or exercising (how do you find the time!) and I've been able to melt off about 27 pounds by nursing, constantly being in motion with the baby, and doing chores while he took his naps. I'm constantly hungry because of the nursing, it's a wonder I've lost what I did with all that I eat. I try to make it healthy eating but sometimes it's easier to grab a poptart than prepare a fruit salad, etc! At least it's a Fiber One poptart though, right? I can't find time to work out as much as I miss it. I figure after we get settled after the move and the baby is on more of a "schedule" (does that eventually happen, lol) I can start working it in. I miss my Yoga and all that!

My hips have really spread with this pregnancy! Does that ever go away? Goodness what I would give for more than 2-3 pairs of pants to fit without a safety pin!

Well, just wanted to chime in. Hope you are all doing great. I'll upload some new photos in a minute!

glad things are going well for you and the family.  But I dont know how you ladies in the States can go back to work so soon.  I commend you guys on that.

Unfortunately, the US is scared to be fired for things like calling in sick! It's horrible but we don't really have a choice. I actually took an extra week if you can believe it. We don't get paid for maternity leave unless arrangements are made, etc. I actually worked from home my entire leave, I even came to the office with my baby three times per week. But I also got paid full salary. It's give and take here...

Congratulations on your little one, he is too cute with his little hat :-)

I can only pray once I get married and have babies my weight comes off as easy as some of yours did.
