what is WRONG?! 1030 cals and FULL and FEELING SICK FROM IT?!
i hate to make another one of these: "OMG! I'VE EATEN NOTHING AND I'M STUFFED!" chains.

all i have to say is: OWWW!!!
WHY AM I SO FULL?? WHY DOES IT HURT SO MUCH??
the thing is i had an extreme allergic reaction a few days back, fever and hives and all, and stayed in bed asleep all day, only getting in about ~800-900 cals for about 3 days now. am i really that full from upping it so much? is it my stomach shrinking, not being able to fit a normal amount of food? did i eat too close to sleep? did i miscount?
should i keep upping the cals even though i feel like ****?!
feedback please? i feel... awful. absolutely awful.

If you're feeling too full but want to eat more calories, you should eat foods with a higher calorie density. For the same amount of calories, you could eat a quarter cup of peanut butter, or sixteen cups of broccoli. One would be fine, the other quite possibly could kill you. (jk, lol.)
It looks like it would be easy for you to get a few more calories in.
Things you could do:
-Eat the whole egg, not just the egg white.
-Eat whole cottage cheese instead of %2.
-Add some chicken pieces and veggies to your broth.
-Regular miracle whip instead of light.
-Regular cream cheese.
-Normal fudge instead of low sugar low fat.
Don't worry about going under for a few days if you're truely sick. Just be really sure you don't make it a habit.

ive had to stop eating berries of all kinds as they made me break out in hives...something like the 'salycilates' (sp) in them.
bummer cause i love them but the hives on my face were awful!
u had 2 products with berries (jam and blackberries) maybe that cud be aggravating u still?
id go to the doctor to get tests. reactions like the one uve described can be very serious.
It may be the fact you've had soup twice today, which is very filling but not very calorific.
