.. that's... an interesting award. I guess my queestion is.. why? If you've gone so far that you're at 140, why pig out on cookie dough?

Seems like you're more concerned about weight loss than health, maybe.
yeah.. what he said..

but i will add that if you did that the sugar headache and the fat tummy ache wouldn't really be worth it.. would it?

i like non food related rewards for doing well.. :)
As do I :)
In 7 more lbs., I'm buying me a spiffy Polar Heartrate Monitor :D
I think you'd probably feel really sick if you ate all that. Though I do understand how good it would taste :)

i've found that the more i work at this, the less i want to reward
myself with food. originally, my boyfriend was going to take me out to
a really great dinner when i reach my goal, but i changed my mind and
asked him to just get me an outfit to wear instead.
That's a good reward, christen. There's LOTS of good rewards :D

I reward myself with an iTunes CD for every 10 lbs. lost :D
I think the idea of getting a new outfit is great...I mean after losing weight and getting healthy you'll need a great new outfit to show it off!! All your clothes will be too baggy...you'll need some new ones anyway :-)
Im kind of a shopaholic so I've been buying myself a lot of outfits... not as rewards, just out of pure obsessiveness with shopping.  I want cookie dough because its a reminder for me not to eat those sweet little things now, because of how great itll taste later....

I swear I'm in this for the long run, but its been so long without my wonderful passionate cookie dough I dont know how much longer I can take!  As silly as it is, with cookie dough on my mind, its easier to keep eating healthy.
well if that reward will keep you going, I'm all for it!!
Last night at my grandma's, my cousin snuck into the cookie dough and
was eating spoonfuls of it. I looked at her and smiled and told her to
enjoy being able to eat it so carefree. Oh, to be twelve again.
Maybe try for less than the whole tube??
reward yourself with the tube, but see how long you can make it last.  Instead of eating it all in one setting, make it last a month, or even longer.
I have 2 friends doing this with me -- our reward -- a trip to Cancun next summer!  woo-hoo!
OOH!! Speaking of rewards... I've been thinking about changing mine from a professional photo shoot, to hair extensions. I would do both but can't afford it. What do you guys think?
I think if it's something you'd really love, you totally should. :)

I'm looking to get myself a new iPod when I drop 100. :)
Uhm yes.
hey nani...why heair extension...you have beautiful long hair already
lilborykuamami- a girl as gorgeous as you should definitely go for the photo shoot!

It will be such an entirely rewarding experience in every way, plus you'll have fantastic pictures to keep forever.

You (and your hair!) are already so beautiful... I think you should reward yourself with some star treatment!

Janelle
Awwwww, that's SO sweet!! Thank you for putting a smile on my face, seriously!! I must say you are very beautiful yourself!
thanks... aren't we all just so fabulously sexy and good-hearted on CC? :)
