hi crystal_cherry

hey i don't know your status (age, weight, etc), or what kind of work out or for how long you routine is, but i strongly suggest you see your doctor.  i too was having a tingling sensation.  it was on my left side only; from my hip to my knee, it felt like that section was falling asleep.  i went and got a check up which lead to a MRI which discovered a pinched nerve in my lower back.  so please get a check before you do anymore workouts.   and good luck, hope its nothing.

Did you up the intensity of your exercise routine, or change it in any way?

Any stressful/big life changes (marriage, the death of a relative, moving to a new house)?

Is it possible that you are just bored of your exercise routine and are mentally embellishing a slight discomfort?

If your exercise routine is longer than 2 hours, then I would say it is quite normal to feel tired after it, and indeed the day after it. Perhaps you should work out every other day instead of every day. It will let your muscles recover better.

Well, there could be other causes than exercise for your tiredness, for example iron deficiency and such. But to check this you have to go to your doctor and have your blood tested.

Im usualy tired be4 i exercise.

I dont get no tingling .

But it takes me 30 minutes of worken out be4 i get energy it seems like.First half hour just dont feel like doing the last hour  im flying.Kind of wierd

Another vote for seeing the doctor - I don't know what you really mean by a "tingling" in your legs, but if it lasted for a day, it's definitely worth getting a checkup.

Ruling out underlying medical problems it sounds like you are not taking in the proper amount of calories daily to meet your body's basic needs, not counting exercise/activities.  Approximately 1700 (BMR) or more is what I came up with, but you said you take in 1400-1500. This would at least explain why you are feeling more listless as the weeks pass and feeling too tired to be active is counterproductive to weightloss and health/fitness.  Further stress to the body and hormone imbalances usually follow, wreaking further havoc...

There is no reason to feel like this while getting healthier - contented, energetic people make good steady dieters.  Again rule out medical conditions above all, see a doc if necessary - you gave us little info to go on...

Tingling may be caused by several conditions. Pinched nerve sounds reasonable, but *I'm* no doctor.  Recommend you go see your doctor and make sure that you write down all your symptoms and carry them with you so that your doc has all the information to make a proper diagnosis or recommend you for appropriate further tests.

Good luck!!

-Linda
