I updated my weight log, my last entry was on the 16th I was at 205 and now im 200! so I changed it...went back to my home page and my Calorie Coach gave me a THUMBS DOWN!! WTH??? my calorie coach is an AssH***
Calorie Coach gets grumpy if you lose weight too fast. 5 lbs in 5 days is a lot faster than the recommended 1-2lb/week, so it gives a thumbs down.
Ok! well I mean between the 16th and today I could have went from 205 to 204 to 203 and just didn't update EVERY pound lost, so what do I do now?
Keep logging your weight, and make sure that you aren't eating too little (you shouldn't be burning more than 1000 calories over what you eat). Sometimes people drop a bunch of water weight in the first week, and so that might be why you lost so quickly.
But really, Calorie Coach is a computer program - you can't let it get you down.

Yes, esp if you've only been at it a week. The first couple of weeks the weight can come off fast. It's a computer program. Are you really going to stop trying to lose weight b/c it gave you a thumbs down?

I started this diet thing, in July! July 21st I was 242 and today im 200 borderline 198, (that depends on when I take my hand away from the wall when I step on the scale, and how softly I put my toes down on the scale) I know, im a mess!!!

Congrats on the weight loss. If you're doing it healthily don't worry about the thumb. If you're not doing it healthily then you should worry about the thumb.
lol ~ he's given me the thumbs down twice since I've been on here. Last week I lost 6 lbs. (On eating between 1300-2000 calories) but I just worked out really hard so he gave me a thumbs down lol. But I think it's catching up to me this week, cuz I don't know if I'll have a weight loss at all Monday (my weigh-in) but that's usually the way it goes.
It sucks tho I know...
Stupid coach...
It's like 5 days later & I'm still getting a thumbs down from him lol.
