So I was recently on the web and I saw in the sidebar one of those adds for "so and so lost this much weight in this much time hear their story" and after seeing a ton of them I finally clicked one and it started talking about the wu-yi tea diet, how you drink it twice a day, obviously you still eat right and you exercise but its supposed to help, and I got to thinking that I had heard about that in some other places too that are pretty trustworthy but I'm still not sure I trust it. And I was just wondering if anyone on here had heard of it, used it, or knew someone who had and what they think about it?
Hmmm well I've never tried the tea, but I live in China and a number of my Chinese friends swear by it. I should add though, that they also don't eat much when they're drinking it. Usually just one meal per day. My Canadian friend used it and said it only gave her diarrhea.
I did the free trail offer and didn't find that it helped me lose any more weight than I would have with just diet and exercise alone.
I didn't have any adverse reactions, but I also didn't have any positive reactions that convinced me the tea helped.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
