Anyone use the Wii fit? I am getting one for christmas and am curious if anyone has had success or used the game??
No one answered you before christmas but how do you like the game? I got it for christmas too and i like it. I love the hula hoop levels. That one i do feel the burn. It's not an intense workout but its surprisingly sensitive to balance and i like the scale function. It weighs me and gives me my BMI and charts it all out for me which is nice.
I have had mine for tthree months now. I have been sick for the last month and have not used it. Plan on starting it back up next week.

I got for christmas as well so far I like it ! ..hope it works !
So far I like the wii fit. I have not doen the yoga but have played with the hula hoop and running. i end up sweating after the hula hoop, it really works the thighs.
I am going to check out that group. I bet there are lots of great tips.
I got one for Christmas also, and just love doing all the exercises.
I like the step exercise, I have worked up to the 2nd level. and really got a workout tonight. The hulu hoop is the greatest. Also the strength training.
I tried the lunges and I really could feel the burn. I hope you like yours.
I got one for Christmas, but I haven't had a chance to use it much yet. I can't get my daughter off of it! I used it one evening when she was out and beat some of her scores. When she got home the first thing she did was beat my scores. Little competition between us can't hurt!
It irritates my son to no end to see me using his wii. I have heard mixed results about the Jullian work out. I do like the game mode but a good routine would be nice. It seems like you spend a lot of time transferring to the next activity.
I did 6 minutes on the hula hoop and thought I would die.
I was soing the push up phase and had to stop. I think it is a fantastic way to get more movement in the day.
