Hello all....

This website changed my life. ( : Sounds overly dramatic, but it is true. I hope to look back a year or so from now and think, "I am forever grateful......"  Anywho, I think my favorite part of cc, aside from all the great educational information, is the overwhelming support and friendship I've found here. I guess most of my life I've only trusted and truly befriended a handful of unique women---I hold my friends in the highest regard and do not take camraderie lightly. The women I have met here are seriously my spiritual twins! I always felt very alone in my weight loss journey----no more!

That said, I think my cc girls, and you know who you are, are the best! ( :   My buddies, my pals, my soul sisters =P Chat away to motivate yourself and others! ( ;

hello all! it is afternoon here and i am looking forward to going home in about 2 hours, as there is a pot od houmous awaiting me in the fridge:) will buy some fresh veggies on my way home and make a really nice dinner. have to stay on track a si am super happy than i am at an all time lowest weight of 197 - i want to stay in this one deer land, it is nice here!

Olivia - I am glad your new scale is more consistant, this is important.  I sometimes wonder if I am wearing my scale out...haha!

Abs - sounds like you had a great time with your mom this weekend!  Glad to hear it went so well...

Jess~ so glad you had a great time at Hershey!  When will you get to see the commercial to see if you're in it?

Daizy~ I LOVE storms, especially out over the water!  From the safety of my home of course, I'm not a nut that follows them in the car!  I didn't even mind being in the hurricanes in FL when FOUR blew through one fall!  Yay for 10 days off of school, boo for having to make up 7 of them on Saturdays.

Olivia~ hey sexy lady.  We can only speculate what's up with you lately from your cryptic journal entries.  My guess is it's something to do with J and the past.  We're here to listen because shutting down isn't the answer.  Feel free to vent if you like, we're all here to support and help you through whatever's going on. 

Well, already today I'm not going to the gym at lunch due to a last minute flight but hopefully can get there for turbo kick after work.  Ugh, I just hate having to fight traffic after work when all I want to do is be home!!  I love going at lunch because it's out of the way for the rest of the day!

computers are dumb.   mine does that too.....

I've made up my mind now, but you were correct.   I just need now to make the awesome deal I have even better and keep it going.....    4 years is a long time.  I want to do an awesome 4 year anni scavenger hunt.  abbs already gave me some great ideas....  anyone else?   (  :   I brainstormed a list of our first/best/dates and places etc...   now I just need to figure out the nuts and bolts.    and funny gifts....

Abbs - I have no idea when the commercial will air, maybe that should of been a question I should of asked, but I didn't because it was more about the boys having fun... Brody hugged the Hershey Kiss so adorable, I hope they got that on film, cause that would be perfect for the commercial... Guess we'll see....

Ok, I'm going to need all my girls on this one.  I AM going to get back on the wagon and lose this damn weight because now it's jeprodizing my future with the person I love more than anything in the world.  So no more excuses, I WILL do this.

Abbs - I think I discovered this last week.  But wogging when you are frustrated is so much more productive than just plain old wogging.... So take this frustration out in your workout - you'll be thankful... And remember to log log log and log!!! 

You can totally do this, we are all behind you all the way...

OK, so I'm standing behind Olivia standing behind Jess and cheering for Abbs, too! *Can you hear me way back here??! LOL*

Olivia ~ did you think about the chocolate body paint idea??!! LOL *teasing!*

I hear you all, thanks!!  I just got back from the car title place and mine is all set, I pass inspection and our together insurance is in place and my title is transfered to both of us.  Now he just has to get his mustang inspected and title transfered from the old owner in OH to him, he's on his way to the car place now to start the process so maybe by tonight it will all be done, whew! 

Tonight is left overs from this weekend which include zucchini boats which i will get the recipe from my mom but were SO good!!  She got them from the Curves eating plan so they're even good for you even though there's cheese!  I was very skeptical at first, but they were really good. 

Olivia~ I second the chocolate body paint, we have raspberry chocolate and you warm it up in the microwave for just a few seconds and then, paint away! 

Jess~ yes I sure do need a good wog, and wogging out frustration does feel better!!  I'm actually feeling better now that he's apologized for saying what he wanted to say but just all wrong like he always does. 

I did want to clarify why this is such an issue with him.  His mom was super skinny back in the day and now she's so large she can hardly walk to the other room without being out of breath.  She's too lazy to actually work out and always has an excuse for cracking that 4-8th can of coke per day.  I think in his mind that he's worried it will happen to us and he wants to start eating healthy and getting into a workout routine now as opposed to when we're each 300 lbs and killing ourselves.  At least I'm guessing that's where all this stems from.  So good intentions he just is an idiot when he tries to talk. 

Val~ Peanut was on here telling us what an awsome friend you are for helping and I said we already knew you were awsome!!  Hope you have a great week!

I couldn't find any body paint at the stores I visited, but tomorrow is a new day!   ( :

I did however get a couple of new nighties, some new panties and bras, and some massage oil.   I think maybe a fashion show is in order.....   =P LOL

I got mine at a Secrets Party ("toy" party) so I'm not sure where to look for them in the stores actually.  But I'm sure you could find it online somewhere, maybe for next year....
