I just wanted to get an idea of how much weight other women typically gain during their time of the month. How much do ya'll gain? I was just wondering because I usually gain 3-5 pounds.

I USED to gain 10-15lbs!!!

I'm down about 75 lbs., and have been keeping track of my weights, the week before (When I have the uncontrolable urge to eat any and everything), the day I start and the day I end.

I now gain anywhere from 5-7 lbs, and I'll take it!

I gain 2-4 pounds around there. but I think it might be different for different people.

anywhere from 2-6... i used to worry about it, but i know the scale will drop right back down so its not really a huge issue :)
