Yay! 14 pounds in 19 days!
I started on CC on Sept 3rd at 315 and as of this morning I am 301! This is so much easier than I thought. Maybe because I had the gastric bypass 9 years ago my stomach is still smaller and gets full fast, but counting calories is pretty easy.
By the way, I had the Subway Veggie Delight yesterday..you don't even miss the meat! What a treat for 230 calories!

Curious about the bypass surgery, did you lose weight after the surgery and gain it back or are you still working on your original weight?

I was 356 and got down to 220. I gained back after 2 more kids. then loss 60 after my dad died and I started using drugs, then gained it all back and got up to 315. So hopefully I am on my way back down.

Way to go! I just joined on the 18the and lost 2 pounds. So, hearing that you have lost 14 in 19 days has really given me a boost to keep going and maybe even push a little harder.
I started in April at 282 and lost 40 pounds, then gained a few pounds back, and got stuck. Then found CC+ just be accident while hunting around trying to find an alternate to Weight Watchers. Now, I have 100 pounds to lose after my SW is 254. Gotta start somewhere.

OMG i love the veggie subs.... lettuce, cucumbers, banana peppers, pickles, light mayo on wheat bread.. mmmmmm.... i havent had "carry out" food in soooo long.. maybe ill treat myself.. anyways.. CONGRATS on the weight loss...

you are at that awesome point of dropping under 300 anyday now too! you must be proud & feel great! keep it up.

Just be careful. Most doctors, etc do not recommend loosing more then two pounds a week.
