I went to the Y today mainly for a yoga class, but hopped on the treadmill for 18 minutes. I was so proud of myself to, I did the "hills" setting, and pushed my speed all the way up to 7 mph, only for a few minutes though. AND I was able to keep going at 6 for a while. I didn't push myself so hard, so I'm thinking next time I go I'll be able to run 2 miles... maybe.
