I ran 10 miles this morning in 95 minutes! I felt great afterwards too! I have been working on my endurance for awhile in hopes of running a half marathon soon. I ran 12 races last year - all 5Ks and 8Ks. Maybe I'll move up to the 10Ks and 15Ks this year. Just wanted to brag on myself a little bit since no one in "real-life" cares about these small victories. What makes it even more sweet is that in the not so distance past, I could barely walk a mile without getting winded. I was LAZY and terribly unfit. I never understood why people would run on purpose. I know now.... the runners high is amazing! I lost 60 lbs 3 years ago. I have ever intention of keeping it off. Thanks for letting me share.

That's an astounding accomplishment, congratultions! I am a runner myself, but the most I have ever gone is 8 miles and it probably wasn't as good of a time as yours. I like to pace myself :)

CONGRATS!!!I know EXACTLY how you feel! Whenever I have a great run I get so excited and happy and when I tell my family and friends they look at me like I have twenty heads! So Great Job!

I also had a great run today! I have been out with an injury almost four weeks and today was my first attempt back and I did 7.5 miles in 1hr and 5 minutes outside in the 18 degree weather! I was SO happy because I thought I was not going to be able to do my marathon at all and to come off such a long rest and still be able to run that far felt great! I've lost 45 seconds off my time but I'm just happy to be running again!!!

So Keep up the good work! If you ever want to message me your excitement feel freeLaughing

Nice...give yourself a pat on the back...or a self hug lol thats SERIOUSLY good pacing :)

AH!!!! How great! That feeling you get after running/walking/exercising 10 miles! It's unbeatable for sure! Also let me just say congrats on all the goals you have achieved in the past! You look so happy in your photo and sound super thrilled too and there is nothing better than feeling happy (& that runners high!)
