The yogurt I have is 140 calories for 3/4 cup. I usually have 1 cup mixed with cereal and fruit. How many calories is in a full cup?
I tried doing the math.. but I couldn't.

I think 1 cup works out to about 187 calories.

1/4 cup would be about 46.6 cals each so 140 + 46.6 = 187ish

Did I do that right? LOL

That's nothing! I used to eat 2 cans of tuna 'cause I thought each contained only 60 calories. Turns out it's 60 calories per serving; 3 servings per can :(

 Yup, you did that right!

140 calories / 0.75 cup = x calories / 1.0 cup

(140)(1.0) = (0.75)(x)

140 / 0.75 = x

x = 187 calories

;)

Awesome! Thanks for being my calculator for the night, lol!

Divide 140 by 3 and then multiply the result by 4. Tada, calories for 4/4 cup (1 whole cup).

lol mortalmoney... I wasn't eating the "chunk light" tuna and ended up eating 190cals per can!  I was about 130cals over on my limit every day for a week!
